This loose herbal tea pack is T’s recipe for her infamous healing elderberry elixir. Put wellness in your hands and make your own 16oz Elderberry Syrup or liter of tea.

For elderberry syrup: Add 2.5 cups of water and simmer for 30 mins. Honey or agave syrup may be added for taste. Take 2 tablespoons every other day for immune health.

For tea: Simmer with 1 liter of water for 30 mins. Honey or agave syrup may be added for taste. Drink at your leisure.
